Ordering

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express as payment for orders placed at peskypup.com. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your credit card number and personal information is kept secure during check out. We do not store your credit card information in our database.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled via our web site. If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will honor all changes or cancellations on orders that have not yet shipped. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with any order cancelled after it has been shipped.

Customers can check the status of their order at any time by using the Order Status link at the top of each page on our web site. In addition, we provide two order status updates via e-mail. The first confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. The second confirms it has shipped and provides tracking information. Once an order has shipped, your tracking information will also available by using the Order Status link on our web site.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected at the rate of 7% on all orders shipped within the state of New Jersey.

Shipping

We ship our orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Customers have the opportunity to choose their method of shipping during checkout.

Orders received before 6pm are generally shipped the next business day, however delays occassionaly result, particularly during peak holiday seasons. On the rare occasion that a product is backordered, or your order will not be shipped within two (2) business days, you will be notified immediately and an estimated ship date will be provided.

Shipping and handling rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order. During checkout, shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided the shipping address and before you confirm your order or provide your credit card details. A physical address is required for all orders shipped via UPS. Orders shipped to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes must be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

Orders shipped within the United States are eligible for one of three shipping services: U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS Second Day Air. Priority Mail shipments will generally arrive with 2-3 business days, and include delivery confirmation service, but no in-route tracking information. UPS Ground Service takes between 1-6 days depending on location and include full in-route tracking information. Please use the map below to estimate the delivery time for your order.

Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air arrive within 2 business days of shipping and come with full in-route tracking information. Please keep in mind that orders received before 6pm EST are generally shipped the next business day when estimating the delivery date. Orders received after 6pm may not ship until the second business day after order placement. If you have any questions about when your order will ship or arrive please contact us.

We currently only ship orders to customers in the United States and Canada. We may be able to accommodate international orders to additional countries on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.

Return Policy

We're confident that the merchandise we sell will meet or exceed your expectations, but if it doesn't we gladly accept your returns. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, please notify us within ten days of receipt and we will refund or replace it. Please be aware that we cannot refund shipping costs, except in instances where the merchandise was damaged during shipping or was in some way defective. We are unable to accept returns that have been used or damaged by the purchaser, or that are returned without prior notification. Returns sent COD or postage due will not be accepted. If you need to return and item in your order, please contact us.

Vouchers/Promotional Codes

From time to time we offer vouchers (promotional codes) to our mailing list subscribers that provide a percentage or dollar off discount. In the case of percentage off discounts, the discount is applied to the entire order, including sale and clearance items, but excluding tax or shipping.

We also offer free shipping on all orders over $150 (exclusive of tax and shipping charges) and occassionally on orders totalling less than $150 through promotional vouchers. Free shipping offers apply to orders shipped via UPS Ground only and are valid for orders shipping to one address only. Expedited shipping options and orders shipping outside the continental United States do not qualify for free shipping.
